Keith Ramsey:

-In 2008 when the Great Depression hit I was a Field Supervisor in the store fixture business.  I supervised installs in Office Depot and Target.  Everything stopped suddenly, and well I got bored.  I like to work, so....

- 2009-Present:  I went to Mississippi to fix some plumbing leaks at my Grandmother's mobile home park and ended up staying 10 years. I purchased Smith Mobile Home Park and remodeled 20 of the park owned homes.  Afterwards I started replacing older homes and became a Mississippi Manufactured Home Retailer.  I sold new manufactured homes inside and outside of the park.   

- 2006: my wife and I found out we were expecting our first child.  Caroline was born April 18th 2017 (2 weeks before I turned 40!)  After some time to let that sink in, we came up with a plan on how we wanted to raise our child.  I insisted that we build an Honest Abe Log Home on our property (Dad's old home place) in Hot Springs N.C.  My wife insisted on moving back to her hometown in Williamston S.C.  So we built the cabin (finished in May 2019) and moved home in September 2019

-  2019: Established Mill Town Property Management LLC and became a S.C. Property Manager in Charge. & Established RMZ Properties and got a G.C. Specialty License for Interiors.
